Equipment Operators and Supervisors
Your Role
You’ll take the wheel—literally. From planting to harvest, your job is to run the machines that power Canada’s farms.
Supervise Workers (*Only supervisors)
What You’ll Do
Operate tractors, seeders, sprayers, combines and more
Perform daily inspections and routine maintenance
Follow GPS and precision farming tech
Handle transportation of crops and materials
Work long hours during peak seasons, including weekends
You Bring
3+ years of experience with agricultural machinery
Mechanical aptitude and safety-first mindset
Strong attention to detail
A valid driver’s license
English skills to follow instructions and safety guidelines. (*English is a must-have for Supervisors positions)

Cattle Farm Workers (Beef and Dairy )
Your Role
You’ll care for cattle with the attention of a pro and the heart of a farmer. Whether it’s beef or dairy, your work keeps the herd healthy, productive, and thriving.
What You’ll Do
Feed, water, and monitor cattle daily
Clean barns, pens, and milking areas
Assist with calving and administering basic treatments
Operate milking systems (for dairy roles)
Move animals safely between pastures and facilities
Keep detailed records of feed, health, and production
You Bring
3+ years working with livestock
Good physical strength and stamina
Calm, patient approach with animals
Basic English communication
Knowledge of cattle behavior and safety

Agricultural Mechanics
Your Role
You’re the go-to fixer. When equipment breaks down, you bring it back to life. You’ll keep the farm running, one repair at a time.
What You’ll Do
Diagnose and repair farm machinery and vehicles
Perform scheduled maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems
Maintain repair logs and order parts as needed
Assist in welding and fabrication work (if needed)
You Bring
3+ years of mechanical experience, preferably in agriculture
Strong skills in diagnosing and solving problems fast
Basic welding and electrical repair knowledge
Able to lift heavy parts and work in all weather
English skills to read manuals and work with the team

Yes. Your employer must make sure you’re covered.
In many provinces, you’ll be part of the public health care system like any Canadian resident. This means doctor visits and basic medical care are taken care of.
Yes! Most farms provide accommodation right on the farm. You’ll live close to where you work, often in houses shared with other workers.
Rent is low—just $30 a week—and it’s deducted from your pay. This is set by new government rules (April 2025).
Not for most roles. Farm workers receive a closed work permit just for themselves.
However, if you are hired as a Farm Supervisor, you may qualify to bring your spouse and children with you.
There are no recruitment fees. You do not pay the agency to find you a job.
But you are responsible for:
✔️The work permit application fee (Around CAD $155)
✔️Biometric fee (fingerprints and photo -Around CAD $85)
These are paid directly to the Canadian government.
Once you and the employer sign the contract, things can move fast.
You could be in Canada in as little as one week or at the date your employer sets.
It depends on your documents and the employer’s timeline.
